Caring Estate Sales LLC was established to provide a professional service during a stressful time. When an estate must be liquidated, our company is there to help by managing all aspects of the estate sale. We offer our services to minimize the emotional trauma to the family and to fulfill the fiscal responsibilities of the estate agent.

We handle estate sales in Denver’s western suburbs: Applewood, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Golden, Bow Mar, Ken Caryl, and Morrison. We also handle estate sales in the nearby mountain areas: Evergreen, Central City & Black Hawk, Genesee, Georgetown, Idaho Springs, and Kittredge. What to Expect

We handle advertising and signage for the sales, we arrange and price all sale items, we fully attend the sale, and afterwards we provide an inventory of unsold items and donation slips for tax purposes. Before the sale, we take the time to clean, polish, and sort the sale items. When we have a question about the value of certain items, we consult excellent reference personnel to assess cars, tools, antiques, furniture, and more. All of this helps ensure the best possible asking price.

We maintain the highest professional ethics because we feel that we have a responsibility to the families we serve. At the same time, we know the emotional cost of trying to sort through and put prices on memories, and this is why we take the extra time and care.
